Ingeborg Blaauw is senior brand manager Aviko Retail. Ingeborg has been responsible for building one of the strongest potato and frozen food brands. Through branding, communication and NPD Aviko managed to decommoditize the potatoe sector. Before Aviko, Ingeborg was European brand manager at Kimberly-Clark and fulfilled strategic brand functions at such agencies as BBDO and Ogilvy.

Our session will deal with some of the most important drivers for creating a successful international brand growth strategy -the case of Aviko’s Retail European Brand Growth Strategy. We will also shed light on how to combine a centralized unified marketing vision with room to adapt the markting mix to the situation in the individual markets.
