Martijn Lampert is Co-Founder and Research Director of Glocalities, an international agency researching values, lifestyle and psychology. The research program covers 27 countries, based on interviews with more than 165,000 people. Glocalities insights are used by NGOs, governments and multinationals to help activate people based on a deep understanding of trends, values and cultures. Lampert is advisor of the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100 in South Africa.

Last year, Nelson Mandela would have turned 100 years old. On November 30, TEDxJohannesburg: Decoding Greatness celebrated his life and legacy. Martijn Lampert was invited to give a talk about Millennials and the great generation Nelson Mandela called for, in the light of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. At MIE 2019 Lampert will give the talk again and present the worldwide Glocalities study on activating Millennial changemakers for sustainability.
