In my lunch and learn session I plan to give a brief overview of the incling platform and to demo the wide range of tools we have available. I’ll also cover off how the platform can be used to address a wide range of qualitative research briefs ranging from mobile ethnography through to online focus groups and longer-term co-creation projects.

Juliet is the co-founder of incling, a company that specialises in setting up and running beautifully bespoke online communities. With a background in psychology and a keen interest in new technology, she is passionate about designing and building online tools which are both engaging for participants and user-friendly for researchers. Juliet founded incling in 2013 after working in both social and market research in South Africa and the UK. She set out to build a company which would live the solution it sold so the incling team all work as a remote online community and have facilitated more than 300,000 in-depth online conversations in 26 languages over the past 7 years.
